Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner * Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services **Requirements** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses the following qualifications: * **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Spanish (plus) is required * **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent is required * **Computer Skills**: Basic computer operation skills, including typing (35 wpm) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * **Attention to Detail**: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records * **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures * **Schedule**: Full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST) or part-time schedule (open to discussion) **What You'll Love About Us** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
