Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to inbound calls and addressing questions related to prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions Providing solutions to simplify our members' healthcare experiences Utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and support Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve member inquiries and concerns Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and related policies Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support setting Computer literacy to navigate through internal and external PC systems Ability to complete approximately 6-8 weeks of continuous paid training Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your candidacy: 6 months of healthcare experience or knowledge Demonstrated ability to multitask, work accurately, and efficiently Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong client support skills, including friendly phone demeanor and professionalism Proficiency in Windows-based applications Ability to issue-tackle in a positive, proactive manner Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess: Strong customer care skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple inquiries Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving member concerns Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service and support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
