Our people are the driving force behind our success, and we're looking for exceptional individuals like you to join our team. **The Role** As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers in Spanish. You'll be the go-to person for all their queries, from basic account information updates to troubleshooting technical issues. You'll be proactive, adaptable, and always ready to jump in wherever our customers need a hand. If you're a team-spirited, customer-obsessed individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage live chats to keep customers happy and in the loop * Answer a wide range of questions, from basic account information updates to troubleshooting technical issues * Deliver an excellent service across all channels, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one * Have value-based conversations with customers, taking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services * Juggle various systems, both internal and external, to provide seamless support to our customers * Take on problems with a "Right First Time" attitude, owning challenges and seeing them through to the outcome * Help us get even better at what we do by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement **What You'll Bring:** * A background in retail, hospitality, or contact-centre customer support (or a similar field) * A commitment to delivering outstanding service and prioritizing customer satisfaction * An ability to excel at building relationships and communicating clearly * A proactive, can-do attitude and serious problem-solving skills * A comfort with wearing multiple hats and juggling tasks efficiently * The confidence to suggest improvements and constantly better what we do and how we do it * A willingness to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to our customers **What's in it for You:** * A competitive salary of £27,430 per annum * Potential to earn up to £3,000 in performance bonuses annually, paid out quarterly * A 37.5-hour week with shifts Monday-Friday, rotating between 8am to 6pm * The flexibility to work from home 2 days a week after passing a 6-month probation period * All the necessary equipment for your role, including a laptop and headset * A start date of November 3rd, with an induction group joining us on the same day * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on customer obsession and innovation **Our Culture:** At blithequark, we believe that our best work happens when we collaborate in-person.
