As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure a seamless experience. About the Role In this full-time remote opportunity, you'll work directly with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for: Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues, answer questions, and provide product information Researching and problem-solving to determine the root cause of customer issues and providing timely resolutions Utilizing active listening, empathy, and kindness to understand customer needs and concerns Collaborating with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools to maintain a customer-centric culture Adapting to changing business needs, priorities, and processes Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English is required Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and perform well under pressure Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: A passion for pets and a genuine interest in helping pet owners Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software Technical Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and background noise A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed) A computer, monitor, and other necessary equipment will be provided by blithequark A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in empowering our team members to become their best selves.
