About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. This fully remote position will start after a one-week training period conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM, and you'll be working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. Key Responsibilities • Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to customers. • Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process. • Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing timely resolutions to their inquiries. • Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, handling difficult situations with courtesy and calm. • Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy, adhering to blithequark's financial services standards. • Stay informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, ensuring you're up-to-date on industry developments. • Create and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals as established by management, striving for excellence in your role.
