Here's what you can expect: **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to routine and complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions, noting key details to maintain consistency in service. * Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs. * Follow up with customers as needed to clarify orders, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. * Enter data from customer service interactions, including account numbers, rush order needs, and other relevant information. * Review customer service needs and refer to other service departments as necessary to ensure seamless support. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * At least 1 year of experience working in customer service, or 1 year of experience as a Medline Customer Service Representative I. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services. * Ability to accomplish tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance, or other criteria. * Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred, but not required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical supply manufacturing and distribution. * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
