As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring that every interaction is professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs * Working closely with Repair Technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring that every repair is completed efficiently and effectively * Ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy * Running reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, recommending changes to management to drive productivity and efficiency * Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet and exceed service goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in every interaction * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, as required by blithequark's policies and procedures **Work Environment and Culture** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that's designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth.
