Day in the Life of a Brand Champion As a Brand Champion, you'll work diligently with customers, providing them with solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your goal will be to achieve one call resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. You'll take ownership of your customer interactions, using your unique set of troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues Provide product information and recommendations Process transactions and updates as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation Why blithequark? As a blithequark employee, you'll enjoy: Paid virtual training to help you get started Continuous development through coaching and self-paced career-directed course trainings Employee perks and discounts with national programs Community engagement programs, including our WIN program, which supports blithequark employees in need A flexible work-from-home environment with a competitive hourly rate starting at $14 per hour Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Brand Champion at blithequark, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old A High School Diploma or GED Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and listen to customers The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a customer-facing role Knowledge of industry-specific software and technology Bilingual or multilingual skills Work from Home Requirements To work from home as a Brand Champion, you'll need: A high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload An Ethernet cable connection (no wi-fi) A personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed, and at least 8GB RAM A USB headset with microphone A webcam Note: Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position.
