As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their travel-related queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional support via telephone * Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized service * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records **About You** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field * Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate complex travel-related queries * Excellent customer service skills, including strong attention to detail, effective communication, and empathy * Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications * Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly desirable.
