We're responsible for providing fact-based, decision-driven insights and high-impact Net Loss Provision forecasts to support prudent financial decisions and credit-risk strategies. Our team is enthusiastic about solving business problems through data and insights, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst on our Credit & Fraud Risk Finance team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting Provision, especially recoveries Forecasting & Results Analysis of our International Card portfolios, through a close partnership with Chief Credit Officers in the regions * Developing and presenting key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management * Providing thought leadership in the development/enhancement of Recoveries Forecasting models, as well as strategic business analytics * Working cross-functionally on projects across the Risk Finance agency to help blithequark meet its long-term growth targets **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * Hands-on experience working on financial analytics using large datasets * Advanced Excel modeling skills and a high level of scalability in PowerPoint * Proficiency in SQL, Hive/Yellow Brick required; Python preferred * TM1, Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools experience is strongly preferred * BS/MS in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science * Previous card/threat control experience and/or 1+ years of work experience preferred **Preferred Qualifications** We're looking for individuals who are highly encouraged, data-driven, outcome-focused, and quick learners.
