As a Workflow Systems Analyst in our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our operating systems and helping us achieve our bold goals. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive innovation and excellence in our workflow tooling. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and developing key workflow tooling at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, and providing data-driven insights to inform our decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design and develop key workflow tooling at scale, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive business outcomes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, including Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers. Provide data-driven insights to inform our decision-making, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our workflow. Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals. Characterize the current state of our workflow, profiling complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations, driving business outcomes and improving our workflow. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization. Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive). Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, developing key metrics, advocating for coverage changes, and providing action plans to all levels of leadership. Advanced Tableau developer skills, with experience in developing and maintaining complex dashboards. Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development. Experience in Software Development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and the transport of code. Product Ownership experience, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators and the ability to drive efforts and generate concrete results through analytics. Project management experience, with the ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups to achieve a unified goal. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
