Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, querying, and visualization. Implement best practices for security, backups, and scaling in both Grafana and OpenSearch environments. Collaborate with our team to refine requirements and deliver iterative improvements. Required Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in Grafana: Building complex dashboards, plugins, and integrations. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). At least 3+ years of relevant experience with portfolio/examples of past Grafana/OpenSearch projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Grafana, OpenSearch, or related observability tools.
