By joining our team, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork, fairness, and professional growth. **Principal Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Accurately inputting data into the QuickClaim system using provided images * Identifying document types based on accompanying documentation * Reviewing and verifying entered data meets quality standards * Maintaining strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations * Collaborating professionally with team members as needed * Proposing suggestions for process improvements * Completing assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timelines * Performing additional administrative duties as assigned **Hourly Pay and Schedule** * $12 per hour * Full-time preferred, with part-time opportunities available * Minimum of 20 hours per week required * Shifts available Monday to Friday between 8:00am-9:00pm CST **Required Skills** We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Self-motivation and strong work ethic**: You are a driven and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering high-quality results. * **Multitasking and efficiency**: You are able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines. * **Attention to detail**: You are meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. * **Quick learning and adaptability**: You are able to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. * **Confidentiality and discretion**: You are able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential data with care. * **Communication skills**: You are proficient in English, both written and verbal, and are able to communicate effectively with team members and clients. * **Typing speed and accuracy**: You have a typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy (WPM Typing Test) OR 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy (KPH Typing Test). **Why Choose arenaflex** At arenaflex, we offer a supportive company culture that emphasizes teamwork, fairness, and professional growth.
