As an IAM Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Intelligence Quotient (IIQ) system. Our focus is on mitigating attack risks, securing cloud transformation, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability within our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an IAM Developer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring: * A strong passion for identity and access management * A minimum of 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field * Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices * Experience with installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills * A strong understanding of cloud transformation and security **About blithequark** At blithequark, we're a team of software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, and service specialists who are passionate about making a difference in the retail industry.
