Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the nature and extent of behavioral health disorders in patients. Analyze patient data and findings to inform diagnosis and treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized psychotherapeutic treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, incorporating social and medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Provide empathetic counseling and support to patients during appointments, adapting your approach as needed to meet individual needs. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in telemental health, combined with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have: Current, independent licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC). A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy). Significant experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating behavioral health disorders across diverse populations. Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
