You will work a variety of shifts, including: * Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (22 hours/week) * Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (22 hours/week) * Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (12 hours/week) * Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (15 hours/week) **Pay Transparency and Benefits** We believe in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The base pay for this role is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year. As a full-time employee, you would be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements. **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Developing a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the blithequark business model * Working with members, brokers, providers, and blithequark vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs * Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations * Forming working relationships with all partners * Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways * Monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues * Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times * Participating in process improvement projects * Complying with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI) * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting * 1+ years of healthcare experience * High school diploma or GED **Bonus Points** If you have: * Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems * Experience manipulating and entering accurate data * Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can be their most authentic self and find both belonging and support.
