As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing technical assistance requests from customers, submitting them into our ticketing system, and providing timely updates to customers via email. If you have a strong background in customer service, technical support, or IT help desk operations, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process technical assistance requests from customers via phone, email, or online chat * Submit requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome of the technical assistance request * Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates on their requests * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical assistance requests * Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex technical issues * Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, or online chat **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or IT help desk operations (I.T.
