As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer concerns. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services. Assist with other customer support tasks and projects as needed. Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints. Basic knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
