Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for external content teams, addressing their technical queries, resolving issues, and providing training on the use of content tools. The key responsibilities of this role include: Provide comprehensive technical support to content and external teams regarding the use of content tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime. Develop and maintain reference materials, guides, and training programs to onboard external teams and enhance their proficiency with the toolset. Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues with tools and workflows, escalating complex problems to the tool development team as necessary and collaborating with production to track issues in JIRA. Act as an advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback. Collaborate with other engineers to design, develop, and implement tools and processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience. Lead or participate in cross-disciplinary discussions to drive feature development from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's strategic objectives. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions, maintaining the highest standards of service and support. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development and technical support principles. Experience in supporting live service or tool environments, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with Unity 3D game and tool development, as well as experience with defect tracking software such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile development, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
