Job Description Performs staff work and project management by participating in research and review of department operations and Hospital policies and procedures. Collects, reviews and prepares all necessary data for review and/or presentation. Assists in budget preparation as required. Job responsibilities • Collects and analyzes data relative to the work of the department, as assigned. • Develops studies to ascertain objectively the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or site operations, policies and procedures. • Participates in departmental budget preparations, as assigned. • Develops and implements projects for departments or site operations, as assigned. • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. • Performs related duties as required.
