Field Marketing Specialist, North America

Overview: IDC is seeking a highly execution-focused Field Marketing Specialist to support our North America Field Marketing & ABM team, with a primary focus on digital and account-based marketing execution. In this role, you will work closely with our Field & ABM Campaign Manager and sales stakeholders to activate targeted, insight-driven campaigns that drive engagement and accelerate pipeline. This is a hands-on, digital-first role, where you will own campaign activation and optimization across digital channels and within the 6sense platform, using intent data, segmentation, and performance insights to guide execution. Responsibilities: • Build and execute ABM and field marketing programs aligned to commercial and business goals. • Launch digital and multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, email, chat, events, and content. • Collaborate closely with digital, marketing operations, creative, and performance marketing teams to align campaign strategy, audience targeting, and execution across channels. • Use 6sense, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to activate programs and measure performance. • Report on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI; recommend optimizations. • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to enhance IDC’s marketing strategy. Qualifications: • 3–5 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or ABM. • Experience executing integrated digital campaigns. • Hands on experience with 6sense required. • Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms preferred. • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills. • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on insights. • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns independently. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process.
