Job Overview We’re hiring a Financial Operations Coordinator to support daily financial operations, transaction processing, and reporting. You’ll help ensure smooth financial workflows by organizing data, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with operational metrics. Responsibilities Track and document financial transactions. Assist with account reconciliations and monthly closing tasks. Prepare financial operations reports and summaries. Resolve data inconsistencies and coordinate with teams for corrections. Maintain organized financial documentation and support internal audits. Monitor operational KPIs and workflow performance. Requirements Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Basic understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
