They are seeking a Financial Transactions Assistant to ensure commission payments are processed accurately, handle commission statements, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Making sure commission payments are processed and reconciled like clockwork Handling imports of commission statements Working with insurance providers and lenders daily Solving email and banking queries with a smile Delivering top-notch customer service over the phone Keeping our banking platform and systems accurate and up to date Skills Experience in a financial environment (or a keen interest to learn!)
