You will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship between the company and the customer, identifying customer needs, and presenting solutions that meet their expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, learn and grow with the company, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide an ultimate level of service to customers in a pleasant, efficient manner via telephone, email, and Live Chat * Field inbound calls from customers to ensure excellent service and resolve their inquiries * Communicate with customers in a proactive, positive, and professional manner across multiple channels * Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting the needs of the customer * Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine a solution that is best for the customer * Maintain and learn product knowledge to educate consumers and suggest products that meet their needs and wants * Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions * Use critical thinking to help identify areas to improve tasks and maximize efficiency * Help wherever needed and be willing to learn new things to grow within the company **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of customer service experience in a retail or sports-related environment * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and Live Chat software * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a sports-related environment or with a sports equipment company * Knowledge of sports equipment and apparel * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and Live Chat software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Front Office Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have opportunities to learn and grow with the company.
