Fulfillment / Logistics Analyst

The Fulfillment and Logistics Analyst​ is the key coordinator for Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment in the organization or our Business Partner to communicate and resolve specific order fulfillment and logistics related matters. This position reports directly to the VP and Head of Supply Chain and Operations. and will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain life cycle and workstream processes related to inbound/outbound transportation and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have excellent business acumen, strong communication skills, and will be a natural logistics wizard, understanding and handling daily all the challenges of airfreight and international logistics. with applicable expertise in Excel, Shopify, and other tools with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. As the ideal candidate, you are a problem solver with self-initiative and a dedicated passion for order fulfillment and customer success. who enjoys working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced virtual working environment. Responsibilities • Export data from BI tool, Shopify and 3PL platform to update daily fulfillment KPI Dashboard. • Provide timely and accurate status on order shipments to customers and internal stakeholders. • Monitor and manage inbound/outbound international shipments from and to material suppliers and product manufacturers. • Daily management of the supply chain mailbox. Provide timely and accurate answer on supply chain & logistics related queries • Coordinate daily with material suppliers and product manufacturers about the status of shipments and supplies to and from the US. • Generate extensive reports in Excel and Google Sheets, including analysis and reconciliation of data for reporting purposes. • Participate in team and project meetings, plan and facilitate meetings as necessary. • Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned. Requirements The ideal candidate would have: • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration or related field • 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, order fulfillment and/or supply chain management. • Strong knowledge in the area of international inbound and outbound transportation from and to US • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners from different countries and cultures. • Ability to effectively prioritize assignments and handle multiple projects/assignments • Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet pressing deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, and to build and maintain effective business relationships both internally and externally • Team player with a strong work ethic • Strong organizational skills and the ability to achieve tight deadlines in a timely manner • Tech-savvy and MS Excel Super User; must be comfortable working with and analyzing large datasets • Willing to work on graveyard shift (US Eastern Time - Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM) Benefits What we offer: • 1 full-time position available • Permanent work from home setup • Internet subscription compensation • Non-taxable allowances • Mandatory government contributions • Equipment provided • Negotiable salary Original job Fulfillment / Logistics Analyst posted on GrabJobs ©.
