Fulltime - SQL DBA with RabbitMQ - 100% remote
Tech Stack & Tools: • Microsoft SQL Server (2016 - 2022) • T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers • SSIS, SSRS • RabbitMQ (message queues for asynchronous processing) • Windows Server • Azure DevOps Server, Git, CI/CD pipelines • SQL Profiler, Database Tuning Advisor, Extended Events • Monitoring/Logging: DynaTrace and • Backups & DR: Log shipping, AlwaysOn, and/or native SQL backup tooling Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment • Strong proficiency in T-SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting slow-running queries • Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queue systems for asynchronous data processing • Previous participation in a Tier 1 On-Call support rotation (or similar mission-critical ops experience) • Solid understanding of database backup, recovery, and high availability strategies • Familiarity with DevOps tools, Git workflows, and infrastructure automation preferred • Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills Apply tot his job
