Game Tester – Opportunity in Console Gaming Are you passionate about video games and eager to break into the gaming industry? What You’ll Do As a Game Tester, you’ll be part of a dynamic QA team responsible for ensuring software titles meet rigorous quality standards. You’ll: • Perform compatibility testing across various gaming platforms. • Identify, document, and communicate bugs and issues. • Participate in multiplayer testing sessions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing efforts. • Assist with inventory, device management, and test planning. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, communicative, and enthusiastic about gaming. Ideal candidates will have: • 6+ months of game testing experience (professional or internship). • Familiarity with console gaming hardware (experience with handheld consoles, such as the Nintendo Switch, is a plus). • Ability to write clear and concise bug reports. • Experience with QA tools like Jira and TestRail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic understanding of QA methodologies and test case execution. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). • A collaborative mindset and ability to pivot as priorities shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
