We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Campaign & Data Automation Specialist to join our team. The Garage Conversion Specialist Ltd Overview The Garage Conversion Specialist Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to set up, manage, and optimize our planning applications lead generation and outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for preparing and importing data sets, building automated letter/email campaigns, creating landing pages with QR codes, and ensuring all workflows seamlessly capture and nurture leads. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and format CSV data sets for import into GHL as Opportunities • Build and maintain GHL pipelines, stages, and opportunity records • Design and implement automated letter and email campaigns, including mail merge templates with dynamic fields • Create and configure GHL landing pages (funnels) for each campaign, with embedded lead capture forms • Generate and integrate QR codes that link to landing pages, ensuring each subaccount/campaign has a unique code • Set up custom workflows to trigger follow-up actions on form submissions (e.g., notifications, pipeline updates, auto-responses) • Test and optimize the end-to-end process for data accuracy and conversion • Provide documentation and training for internal team on how to use and monitor the campaigns • Troubleshoot GHL automations and integrations as needed Requirements • Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM, automations, and campaign management • Strong understanding of CRM data imports, pipeline setup, and workflow automations • Experience building landing pages and forms in GHL (or similar platforms) • Familiarity with QR code generation and tracking • Excellent attention to detail and data hygiene • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time • Bonus: Experience with direct mail campaigns and property/development sector Apply tot his job
