Key Responsibilities: Create, build, execute, and launch data-driven campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem Primarily leverage Google Ads PPC/SEM and Google Local Service Ads, but also Performance Max ads for lead generation and YouTube Ads for awareness Character Traits: A resourceful and professional individual willing to work flexible hours Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills The ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and schedule work effectively, work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Must be a positive, proactive team player who is curious and wants to learn in the ever-changing AI and Digital landscape Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Requirements 2-4 years experience in paid search with a strong background in Google Ads specifically Experience with campaign builds, management, keyword research, ad copy creation, budget pacing required A background in lead generation campaigns for B2C and B2B clients is a plus Legal Marketing experience is a strong plus, especially for Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law Firms Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
