Detail-Oriented Digital Marketing Specialist (EST Hours) NO AGENCIES We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing performance marketing agency. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, meets deadlines, and enjoys working with structured systems and processes. We are looking for someone who will work 100% with our agency. NO OTHER GIGS. Requirements Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Reliable, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Responsibilities Paid Advertising Support Campaign Assistance: Help set up, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple ad platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search + Performance Max), supporting 30+ client locations. Creative Asset Management: Organize and prepare ad assets (images, videos, and ad copy) to ensure they meet platform requirements and campaign objectives. Ad Copy Review: Review copy and creatives for accuracy, grammar, compliance, and alignment with agency brand standards before launch. Performance Tracking: Monitor budgets, daily performance, and ad metrics — flagging trends, declines, or issues across campaigns. Lead Generation & Analytics Strategy Support: Assist with operational tasks in high-ROI lead generation workflows, driving quality traffic to conversion-optimized landing pages. Reporting & Analysis: Compile performance data, track KPIs, and produce insights on client ROI and campaign results. Landing Page Focus: Track landing page activity (views, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements. Must understand the difference between landing pages vs. client websites. Operational & Team Support Operational Efficiency: Help maintain smooth internal workflows and uphold high operational standards across accounts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire team to understand the full workflow of setting up new clients and updating existing ads. Must be involved in learning and researching the services being advertised. Client Operations Research: Assist in documenting client business processes to understand how they influence campaign success and retention. Must understand and follow agency SOPs 100% — with a strong willingness to go the extra mile to learn each service, correct setups, and avoid errors caused by lack of detail or quality control. Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking — from both sides: as a paid ads creator and from the perspective of a client seeing the ads. Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about performance marketing. Must be comfortable working toward clear, measurable ROI targets.
