The GSW Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to project professionals, assist with payroll processing, maintain office supplies, and ensure compliance with business conduct standards. Responsibilities Administrative support: Payroll processing Processing of New Hire employees Initiate Employee Change of Status forms (COS) Complete Employee Rosters Data entry Maintain office supplies Assist in reconciliation of purchasing cards (credit cards) Assist project professionals in various administrative areas Generate submittals and final close out packages Switchboard Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards Skills Minimum 1 -3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry High school diploma or GED is required Strong written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented Ability to think practically to solve office problems and interface effectively with senior project personnel Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel Benefits Comprehensive benefits package - Medical, Basic Vision, Regenexx, Teledoc, Hearing, Mental Health (Low deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums) - Fifteen Dollar weekly premium for employee or employee plus family coverage.
