Role Description Provide high-level administrative support to executives or departments within DaVita’s corporate offices. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a guest teammate role and is a temporary assignment. • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Handle expense reports and purchase orders. • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files. • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. • Support special projects and team initiatives. • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience, ideally in a corporate setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
