Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Functional Health Coach / Practitioner to join our team at Cayla Noelle Health. In this role, you will support clients inside our flagship program, Gut Health Harmony, helping women heal their gut, balance hormones, and live symptom free through a personalized, root-cause approach. You’ll work closely with Cayla to interpret functional lab results, guide clients through protocols, provide education and accountability, and ensure they feel fully supported throughout their journey. The ideal candidate has experience reading functional labs, creating or reviewing supplement protocols, and coaching clients in nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle habits. This is a fully remote, contract-based role that begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance. Responsibilities • Support clients via monthly check-in forms, daily and group messaging, and 1:1 calls. • Review client test results and care plans alongside the head coach. • Educate and guide clients on nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and mindset practices. • Track client progress, celebrate wins, and flag any concerns. • Manage the client experience from onboarding to offboarding with care and organization. • Communicate daily in Slack for team updates and collaboration. • Attend team Zoom calls for training, review, and continued education. • Maintain professionalism and uphold our mission of empowering women through root-cause healing. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who: • Holds certifications in Integrative or Functional Health (IHP, FDN, NTP, or similar). • Has experience interpreting functional lab tests such as OAT, HTMA, Total Tox Burden, GI-MAP, or DUTCH. • Understands supplementation protocols using CellCore, EquiLife, or Fullscript. • Has a strong foundation in nutrition and holistic health coaching. • Understands the connection between mindset, stress, and physical healing. • Is compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented in client communication. • Can confidently coach clients through challenges and celebrate their wins. • Is based within U.S. time zones (PST–EST). • Is not building their own separate coaching business but wants a long-term role within a mission-driven team. Compensation • Per-client pay based on experience. • Part-time to start (8–10 hours/week), with potential to grow into full-time based on performance. • Growth opportunities within a fast-evolving wellness business.
