DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Coordinator to join their passionate team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves managing hotel suppliers, inventory, and ensuring quality control for tours, both international and domestic. Responsibilities Hotel Inventory Management - secure and maintain hotel inventory for assigned suppliers (hotels, restaurants, and other attractions) Negotiating - rates, terms and conditions with the suppliers Supplier Relationship – manage relationships with current and potential new suppliers Quality-Control – maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction with all suppliers Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure Spreadsheet skills (Excel) Personable, service-minded, and able to adapt communication style as needed Excellent written and verbal communications skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in travel, tourism or travel agency industry Benefits Eligible for benefits Bonuses International travel opportunities Company Overview DuVine’s luxury bike tours focus on exceptional food and wine experiences, thoughtfully designed itineraries, and top-quality gear and support.
