As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, FitLab is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: • Post jobs ads • Assist with screening candidates • Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews • Assist with the onboarding process; background checks, eVerify etc Employee Relations: • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues to management while guiding them through HR policies and procedures. Benefits: • Assist with administering employee benefits programs and ensuring employees understand their benefits packages. Training & Development: • Assist in the administration and maintenance of training programs, ensuring compliance with multiple state regulations. Administrative Duties: • Support payroll and financial data entry. • Prepare reports. • Maintain employee files/assist with employee file audits. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Pay range: $28-$32 per hour Requirements: Required Qualifications/Abilities: • Foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources. • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. • Paylocity HRIS experience preferred. • SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
