Inside Sales Representative

Automotive Internet Media is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage new and existing customers through cold calling and proactive prospecting. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities and setting appointments for seasoned sales professionals. Responsibilities Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting Set appointments and conduct follow-ups for seasoned sales professionals Operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment making a high volume of outbound calls Make outbound prospecting calls into leads provided by marketing, primarily focusing on car dealerships and law firms Engage in discovery conversations with prospects to uncover and develop opportunities to sell and deliver new products and solutions Skills At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment High School Diploma required Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Strong aptitude for learning new systems Confident and clear when communicating to prospects and clients Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach Motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits 401(k) Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Paid Time Off: 2 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays.
