Location: Remote Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (as applicable) Overview We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to support a remote insurance core-systems initiative within Health, Life, and Supplemental insurance domains. This role focuses on enterprise integrations, API development, cloud-native services, and testing, working closely with architecture, business, and QA teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience integrating policy administration platforms with downstream and upstream systems such as billing, claims, enrollment, CRM, and third-party services. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations for insurance policy platforms • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using C# / .NET • Integrate policy systems with billing, claims, enrollment, CRM, TPAs, and data platforms • Support insurance policy lifecycle workflows including quote, enrollment, issuance, endorsements, and renewals • Participate in data mapping and migration activities from legacy systems • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions • Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and data issues • Work in an Agile / Scrum delivery environment Required Skills & Experience • Experience integrating Health, Life, or Supplemental insurance policy systems • Strong C# / .NET development background • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, XML) • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns • Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices • Experience supporting integration and system testing • Strong understanding of insurance policy administration concepts • Working knowledge of SQL / relational databases • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills Preferred / Nice To Have • Experience with Life, Health, Group Benefits, or Supplemental Insurance platforms • Prior core modernization or legacy PAS replacement projects • Exposure to Azure or AWS • Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging frameworks • Familiarity with data warehousing or reporting integrations Apply tot his job
