Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Conduent's information security policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct regular audits and assessments of systems and networks to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Collaborate with team members to implement security controls and measures to protect sensitive information. Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring that proper protocols are followed. Assist in the development and maintenance of security awareness training for employees. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in information security, and make recommendations for improvement as needed. Conduct research and analysis on emerging threats and provide recommendations for mitigation. Participate in the planning and execution of security exercises and tests. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies. Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of security processes, procedures, and policies. Contribute to the development and improvement of security incident response plans. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding security issues and concerns. Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance security measures.
