About the position The CIO Analyst Program at Prudential Financial is a three-year, entry-level role designed for individuals passionate about capital markets, data analysis, and investments. This program offers exposure to various areas within the Chief Investment Office (CIO), focusing on developing technical and professional skills while collaborating with leaders in the investment community. The CIO plays a crucial role in asset/liability management and investment portfolio oversight, making this position integral to Prudential's strategic operations. Responsibilities • Participate in the CIO Analyst Program, gaining exposure to multiple areas within the Chief Investment Office. • Assist in developing asset-liability management-oriented portfolio strategies. • Select, direct, and oversee asset managers for Prudential's international investment portfolios. • Collaborate with diverse teams to address investment challenges and inform business strategy. • Engage in data analysis to support investment decisions and strategies. Requirements • Preferred majors include mathematics, engineering, economics, computer science, finance, actuarial sciences, or a similarly quantitative subject area. • Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended.
