Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other perks. Working closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and support. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who express interest. Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and sales performance. Requirements for Consideration To be successful in this role, you'll need: Flexible hours to accommodate our remote work environment. Fluent English language skills (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required). A willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and processes. A strong customer service attitude, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with union members and associations. A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
