As a pioneer in the online learning space, we're committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction. **The Opportunity** As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our support team and contribute to the growth of our company. You'll be working closely with our founder to develop and implement support strategies, create engaging content, and provide exceptional customer experiences. With a limited number of support requests at present, you'll have the chance to learn our system, get familiar with our product, and make a lasting impact on our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Learn our software product and start answering support questions from customers * Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Test the product and report any issues you find to help us improve our platform * Collaborate with our founder to develop and implement support strategies * Provide exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective support **Essential Qualifications:** * Fluent, native-like English is essential for writing to customers and creating documentation * Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and online course platforms is ideal * Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) is a huge plus, especially familiarity with setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer support or a related field * Knowledge of online course platforms, software products, and web hosting services * Familiarity with DNS and its applications in web development **Job Perks and Conditions:** * Competitive monthly salary of $300 USD (negotiable) * Full-time freelance position with flexible schedule (8 hours/day, flexible schedule) * Work from home, fully remote, and work in your own timezone * 20 days of leave per year * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a passionate team **What We're Looking For:** * A highly skilled and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer support and online learning * Excellent communication and writing skills in English * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Familiarity with online course platforms, software products, and web hosting services is a plus **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and passionate about online learning, we want to hear from you!
