The Vice President, Product Development at American Express will be a leader in developing innovative products and services that drive growth and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities: Lead product development initiatives and create cutting-edge customer experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute innovative product roadmaps. Develop and launch new products and services in a competitive market. Monitor customer feedback and assess market trends to inform product strategy. Oversee product development teams and provide guidance and direction on projects. Communicate product updates and strategies to stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with product development. Manage product development budget and track progress of projects. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
