Role Description
We are hiring for ADP Lyric Implementation Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ADP Lyric solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks will include understanding client needs, configuring the software based on requirements, advising on best practices, providing training and support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This individual will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align project outcomes with business goals.
Qualifications
• Experience with ADP Lyric solutions and other HRIS/HRMS software systems
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in client communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in project management and software implementation
• Proficiency in facilitating end-user training and user support
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology
• Familiarity with payroll, compliance, and HRIS documentation is an advantage
