Kurv’s Third-Party Channel builds and manages strategic relationships with ISOs, agents, software platforms, and other referral partners that drive new merchant acquisition.
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position will:
- Source entrepreneurial minded 1099 Sales Agents
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to fit our agent model and recruiting needs
- Potentially attend trade shows, industry events and career fairs.
- Evaluate candidates’ based on their strengths that fit our agent needs and compensation structure
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, gain industry knowledge, and attain referrals
- Proactively source candidates using multiple means, thinking outside the box (internet, associations, recruiting events, etc)
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:
- Have the hunter mentality, including significant cold calling
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology
- Proficiency in navigating social networking sites.
- Manage a CRM portfolio and capitalize on any organizationally assigned leads.
- Be available to work before and after typical office hours as needed
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced, deadline driven sales environment
- Be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
