ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an AI-driven Graphic / Motion Designer with strong game aesthetics. You will mix manual design and AI tools to produce fast, high-quality visuals for storekits, ads, and in-game assets.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative & UA team to design and draw high quality, on-trend graphic assets for our games store and ads.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
AI-Driven Creative Production
- Use AI to ideate, generate, and refine images and videos.
- Create image prompts, video prompts, style boards, and variations using AI tools.
- Use AI for motion ideas, VFX previews, scene generation, upscaling, and layout exploration.
- Polish AI outputs with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere.
Explore New AI Tools & Creative Technologies
- Constantly research new AI design, motion, and production tools
- Test new AI models and document the pros/cons for the team.
- Suggest tools that improve speed, quality, or workflow efficiency.
- Benchmark our output vs other studios’ AI workflows.
Build & Maintain an AI Asset Library
- Curate prompts, assets, style references, and reusable components.
- Organize an internal prompt library (characters, icons, layouts).
- Document best practices for consistent AI-assisted design.
Creative R&D
- Explore new art styles, visual directions, and format ideas.
- Test emerging aesthetics (anime, stylized 3D, flat 2D, video loops).
- Bring fresh creative angles inspired by trends and AI breakthroughs.
QUALIFICATIONS
AI + Graphic Design (Required)
- Strong prompt skills for image and video generation.
- Ability to iterate, refine, critique, and enhance AI outputs.
- Familiar with Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, Midjourney/NB, Runway, Pika, Ideogram, Photoshop AI, and video AI tools.
- Skilled at blending AI + manual editing into polished deliverables.
- Fast learner with new AI tools.
Technical Skills
- Strong portfolio: 2D art, video design, or AI-hybrid work.
- 2+ years using Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, Premiere, Procreate, or similar.
- Digital drawing experience (hand-drawn or vector).
- Experience with storekits, video ads, or mobile game creatives is a plus.
- Basic motion skills (AE, Premiere, or AI video tools).
- Passion for music games, ads, and creative trends.
SOFT SKILLS
- Able to work under fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines.
- Strong ownership mindset—drives tasks to completion with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open to feedback, proactive in asking questions, and comfortable sharing creative ideas.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to upgrade skills (AI tools, new editing techniques, creative trends).
