Job brief
Were looking for a highly advanced AI & automation leader who lives at the intersection of AI tools, intelligent agents, CRM systems, and workflow design. You are deeply experienced in building Custom GPTs, deploying AI agents, and using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and Pipedream to re-engineer business processes from the ground up.
This is not a suggest the tools role youll own the full lifecycle: mapping complex workflows, aligning them to our business goals, designing scalable architectures, building elegant automations, integrating them into our systems (especially Go High Level CRM), and ensuring they are monitored, documented, and easy to adopt.
Youll be our go-to for turning friction-heavy processes into AI-powered, revenue-linked systems that increase efficiency, clarity, and growth across our companies.
Responsibilities
- Audit and redesign internal workflows across operations, marketing, content, sales, and admin for automation opportunities
Build and deploy Custom GPTs, AI agents, and multi-step automations to eliminate manual work
- Architect and integrate automation deeply into our CRM (primarily Go High Level) optimizing pipelines, lead scoring, follow-up sequences, and reporting
- Connect CRM data with other platforms (ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.) to create unified, intelligent workflows
- Prototype and ship AI tools that integrate into our existing tech stack
- Develop revenue-generating automations (e.g., intelligent lead sourcing, outreach automations, pipeline acceleration)
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and trends continually test and recommend high-leverage applications for the business
- Create clear SOPs for every system you build so it can be maintained by others
- Build monitoring and reliability plans for all automations to detect silent failures and performance drops
Requirements
- Proven experience deploying Custom GPTs and AI agents for real-world use cases
- Deep expertise with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Pipedream
- Advanced Go High Level CRM automation experience beyond basic setup including deep workflow customization and API-level integration
- Ability to integrate CRM processes into end-to-end automated workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, authentication, and low-code/no-code integrations
- Systems thinking mindset you naturally see inefficiencies and design elegant, scalable fixes
- Experience integrating AI into live business processes, not just demos or proofs-of-concept
- Strong documentation and communication skills SOPs, Looms, logic diagrams, and clean handoffs are second nature
- A self-starter who brings ideas, not just execution proactive in spotting automation opportunities
- AI-obsessed you live and breathe AI, constantly exploring whats next
Bonus Points For
- Working knowledge of OpenAI API, Claude, Perplexity, Eleven Labs, or similar AI platforms
- Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for advanced automations or custom integrations
- Experience deploying tools on Replit, Vercel, Railway, or similar
- Familiarity with ClickUp automation, Google Apps Script, or Notion databases
- Experience building monitoring dashboards for automations
