Airbnb Cleaner – St. Augustine

Responsibilities:
? Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
? Change and wash bed linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
? Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust all rooms.
? Handle and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
? Follow specific cleaning checklists and guidelines to ensure consistency.
? Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.

Requirements:
? Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
? Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
? Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning supplies.
? Reliable iPhone or Android smartphone with a functioning camera.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a short-term rental or hospitality setting.
? Experience working with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms.
