Key Responsibilities:

? Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary.
? Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Amazon’s products and services to effectively communicate and promote them.
? Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
? Sales Support: For international roles, promote relevant products and services to increase sales and improve customer experience.
? Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
