We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Campaign Manager to join our growing team. If you have a knack for data analysis, excel at managing complex spreadsheets, and pride yourself on your communication skills, we want you to help drive our success across our India and Southeast Asia markets. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Jr. Campaign Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, directly assisting our leadership team. Your core responsibilities will include: • Analyzing data and drafting critical campaign documentation to drive strategic decisions. • Creating comprehensive slide decks, charts, and performance reports for stakeholders. • Managing and organizing complex spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. • Leading regular written and verbal communications with clients and internal team members. • Acting as the primary quality assurance checkpoint for campaign deliverables to ensure excellence. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE • Language Skills: Complete fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to successfully support our clients and accommodate regional business needs. • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in managing spreadsheets, data entry, and data analysis. • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality assurance, formatting, and precision. • Communication: A strong, clear communicator who can effectively collaborate with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. • Availability & Flexibility: Comfortable working full-time with a flexible schedule, specifically the ability to work two hours ahead or behind your actual local time zone to overlap with core team or client hours. COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE We offer a competitive contractor compensation range of $800/month during the initial trial period, increasing up to $1,000/month thereafter. Please note that all positions are full-time contractor roles and begin with a standard 3-month trial period to ensure mutual alignment and success, with the ultimate goal of long-term integration into our core team.
