About the Role:

Qualifications:

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand way.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with a virtual team.
